When being a project for our roofing services, we first begin by removing your old roofing material. Removing the old roofing material allows us to access the part of your roof that is the most vulnerable to weather damage. Once we’ve removed the old materials, we install a leak barrier in the most vulnerable areas of your roof. This protects your ceiling from any water that may find its way through the external roofing materials. 

Next, we begin our underlayment and roof deck protection process. Similar to the leak barrier, underlayment or any roof deck protection material is a second layer of security from weather that may make it through your roof. Underlayment and roof deck protection are both extremely water resistant and tear resistant, so you have the most secure roof possible.

Lastly, we’ll fix underlying issues with your roof before beginning our installation process. Even if your home doesn’t have a leak, that doesn’t mean that there aren’t any problems with your roof. From cracks in the wood to a nail that doesn’t line up, we do a thorough inspection of any potential issues in your roof that would cause leaks or other damage. With our process complete, we can then begin the installation!
